We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.

1.        ORDERS

1.1.      Your purchase contract is with Syndrom Records, you understate that any goods ordered by you are for private and domestic use only.

1.2.      You agree that email can be used as a means of communication.

1.3.      Your contract of sale will only exist after you receive confirmation that we have received payment in full for the goods you have ordered.

1.4.      You should check the details of this confirmation are correct and make a copy for your own records.

1.5.      If there is any change to details, such as a shipping address, it is your responsibility to inform Syndrom Records.

1.6.      You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed.

1.7.      You can also cancel your order after receiving the goods, no later that seven days after receiving the product. Cancellation should be notified by emailing info@syndrom-records.com ensuring you quote your name, address and reference number. The goods should be returned, unopened. Syndrom Records will refund you on return of the cancelled goods.

1.8.      When we have received notification that you wish to withdraw from the contract, any sum debited to Syndrom Records from your credit card will be re-credited within thirty days of receiving the returned un-opened goods, in the same condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable to any charges incurred in returning the goods to Syndrom Records. We reserve the right to make a 20% restocking charge for any goods not returned in mint condition.

1.9.      All items are sold as new, unless otherwise stated by Syndrom Records.

1.10.   All prices include postage and packing, unless otherwise stated by Syndrom Records.

1.11.   We prefer customers to pay via PayPal or with a credit/debit card. These are the quickest methods of payment.

1.12.   Syndrom Records does not add extra cost on orders to cover PayPal charges.

1.13.   Other payments can be made using cheques, postal orders or international money orders, (these should be in GBP sterling). Payments should be made payable to: “Syndrom Records”.

1.14.   Customers wishing to pay by bank transfer should contact us for more information. Any bank charges incurred using bank transfers will be paid by the customer.

1.15.   Payments using cash are not recommended. If you wish to send cash as a payment it must be sent via “recorded” or “registered” post.

1.16.   Items will be dispatched within approximately three to four working days. Please allow up to twenty eight days during busy times. Orders may be delayed if the ordered item is out of stock.

1.17.   If your shipping address is outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We advise you to contact your local customs office for local instructions.

2.        LIABILITY

2.1.      Syndrom Records does not accept liability (unless set out below) for any omissions or errors. We reserve the right to change any information, specifications, descriptions and prices of our products.

2.2.      We will inform you if any error is discovered in the price of the ordered goods. We will be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product advertised at an incorrect price.

2.3.      Syndrom Records will do its best to correct any errors, or omission, as quickly as possible. 

2.4.      We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.

3.        SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS

3.1.      There are no alternatives or returns (unless the item is damaged) on “sale” or “clearance” items.

3.2.      There will be no further discount on “sale” items unless authorised by Syndrom Records.

These Terms are subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of England.
